Ambo for 22 years and still enjoy the work. ALS has been the best thing for Paramedics,  however we now need to add Social Workers to our credits. 
It's the shafting and b$#%&*%t by management I find the most stressful aspect of the job and having your career determined by HR people who haven't earn't a 'meal break' yet.
